This role is responsible for aligning departmental strategies with HR programs to drive organizational effectiveness and stewardship of the employee lifecycle. This consultative role serves as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, operates at a leadership level, and reports to the Sr. HR Director.   This is a high-impact position that works closely with our Senior HR Director. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will dive deep into understanding departmental needs and provide invaluable thought partnership to our Endologix leaders to help drive organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance.
