Hybrid in Irvine or Santa Rosa, California offices on a part-time basis; or
Remote with some onsite visits to our CA locations, up to eight times per year.
Salary: $135k-$160k with 15% bonus eligibility

Position Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic and tactical liaison, bridging Endologix leadership team objectives and the HR function. This role is responsible for aligning departmental strategies with HR programs to drive organizational effectiveness and stewardship of the employee lifecycle. This consultative role serves as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, operates at a leadership level, and reports to the Sr. HR Director.
This is a high-impact position that works closely with our Senior HR Director. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will dive deep into understanding departmental needs and provide invaluable thought partnership to our Endologix leaders to help drive organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance.
Utilize personal experience and technical expertise to support the Clinical Analytics team as we analyze, interpret, and present clinical and non-clinical data to stakeholders. Plan and lead the development of statistical solutions, analyses in SAS or comparable statistical software, and support data management. Support legacy studies and make contributions to new clinical studies that build evidence supporting the therapy.

The Manufacturing Engineer will design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures in order to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and product quality. This position will also support new product transfers to manufacturing.

Position Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector will perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming materials, parts and components used in the manufacture of medical devices, partially assembled or finished medical devices. This position will also perform review of Device History Records for release of finished goods.
