ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

We’re looking for a collaborative Associate Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing marketing related initiatives and coordinating projects and tasks to support departmental goals. These marketing responsibilities include social media management, tradeshow and events management, product and clinical marketing tactics, marketing operations and budget support.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • In partnership with the social media consultant and internal product directors, guide monthly content development that reflects a commitment to improving patient outcomes while staying responsive to evolving market needs. Collaborate closely with Legal and Regulatory to ensure all content is accurate, transparent, and approved for activation within the monthly social media calendar.
  • Coordinate press releases, case features, and ad hoc social media content by working cross-functionally with Legal and Regulatory, ensuring timely creation, scheduling, and deployment across platforms with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
  • Manage the YouTube channel by publishing new content and ensuring seamless integration across the corporate website and social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Lead and coordinate third-party vendors in the design and development of new content, fostering strong partnerships that encourage creative thinking and high-quality output.
  • Oversee digital and print fulfillment operations, managing vendor relationships and enabling efficient, scalable distribution of marketing materials aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional review and approval processes, promoting collaboration across teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of marketing assets.
  • Manage vendor invoicing and tradeshow budgets with a focus on financial accuracy, transparency, and alignment to program goals.
  • Oversee tradeshow management and event coordination across Tier 1–Tier 3 events, ensuring thoughtful planning and execution.
  • Lead execution of large tradeshows (approximately five annually), coordinating third-party resources and managing all aspects of event execution, including vendor activities, booth graphics, and social media communications, with a solutions-oriented and proactive approach.
  • When sponsoring conferences, oversee logistical planning including tradeshow kits (collateral, sales aids, banners), hotel and badge accommodations, and exhibitor applications, ensuring a seamless and well-organized experience.
  • Manage external vendor relationships supporting the logistics of shipping and receiving tradeshow kits and booths, maintaining accountability and strong operational oversight.
  • Partner with regional sales managers, sales representatives, and key cross-functional stakeholders to support successful conference execution and shared business goals.
  • Lead executional preparations for Global Sales Meetings in collaboration with product directors and field sales leadership, ensuring alignment and readiness across teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, and a commitment to team success.

 

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related business field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience or product development required.
  • Previous medical device experience desirable.
  • Peripheral vascular or cardiovascular device experience desirable.

The compensation package includes:

  • Base salary of $95,000/yr-$105,000/yr
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Equity participation as approved by Board of Directors (4-year vesting schedule)
