ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic, results-driven sales team. In this role, you’ll be a key driver in achieving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting clinical and product strategy in their assigned territory. This person combines deep product and clinical knowledge, strategic account leadership, and strong commercial skills to deliver value to both physicians and healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with vascular specialists, hospital systems, and other clinical stakeholders in an assigned territory.
  • Use clinical sales approaches to educate on Endologix’s product portfolio (e.g. Detour, abdominal aortic aneurysm devices, peripheral vascular devices), including indications, contraindications, implant techniques, and procedural best practices.
  • Lead new product introductions and navigate internal hospital processes (e.g. Value Analysis Committees) to achieve adoption.
  • Understand and articulate healthcare economics and value metrics; demonstrate how Endologix solutions improve outcomes, efficiency, and hospital throughput.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets — monthly, quarterly, and annually — while managing pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Travel within the territory to engage with existing customers and cultivate new prospects. Participate in clinical meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other professional forums.
  • Monitor the competitive environment; gather market intelligence and customer feedback and share with marketing, product development, and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and corporate policies regarding product usage, reporting, and customer interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Life Sciences, Business) or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, particularly in vascular, cardiovascular, or endovascular therapy areas.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Knowledge of medical industry, preferably regarding vascular disease, treatment protocols, and competitive market.
  • Understanding of regulatory environment, including FDA requirements.
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in complex sales cycles and product launches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Results-oriented mindset, self-motivated, with high integrity and professionalism.
  • Must have a proven track record in sales, including an ability to generate strong leads, nurture client relationships, close deals, and maintain customer satisfaction.

HOW YOU'LL SHOW UP:

All In: Bring full commitment to everything you do. Support one another, hold yourself accountable, and take ownership of your work. Move with urgency, deliver on your promises, and lead with boldness and passion.

Act with Integrity: Prioritize ethics and transparency in every decision. Earn trust by being honest, respectful, and dependable — working diligently to uphold the confidence of your colleagues, customers, and communities.

Tenacious: Meet challenges head-on with resilience and resolve. Stay focused, push through obstacles, and consistently look for solutions, not excuses.

Pioneering: Challenge the status quo and embrace innovation. Develop new ideas, test bold solutions, and pave the way for others — driving progress through curiosity and creativity.
