Join our exciting team as an IT Help Desk Technician!

Our existing products can treat a wide spectrum of vascular disease through abdominal aortic aneurysms to lower limb peripheral vascular disease. We obtain excellent clinical outcomes through meticulous attention to product design, manufacturing, and training, all backed by industry-leading clinical evidence. 

 

The IT Help Desk Technician will provide help desk technical support to onsite and mobile employee computer and telecommunication needs and Support solutions include Windows 7 PC’s, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office, iPad, smart phones, printers and other industry related technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional help desk technical phone support to internal and mobile employees
  • Manage help desk tasks and inventory in help desk software
  • Execute assigned tasks efficiently and per service level commitments
  • Configure and deploy desktop hardware and software solutions to end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile device and printer issues
  • Comply with all company and department policies and procedures
  • Verify all deployed software is licensed
  • Provide basic training to end users on computer, email and software setup
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • MCTS Windows 7 and above, Configuration Certification or MCITP Windows 7 and above Enterprise Desktop Support Technician
  • Solid PC, Windows, Outlook and Office deployment, installation and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support network printers
  • Excellent PC hardware and software diagnostic capabilities
  • Solid time management skills
  • Superior customer relations, phone support and communication skills

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years PC and Mac support and help desk experience
  • Experience supporting 100+ desktops
  • Experience supporting mobile work force
  • Prefer experience configuring mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, Android) for corporate environment
  • Experience using help desk ticket and inventory management software
  • Prior experience with Logmein or similar remote desktop solution

Compensation: $30/hr
