Our existing products can treat a wide spectrum of vascular disease through abdominal aortic aneurysms to lower limb peripheral vascular disease. We obtain excellent clinical outcomes through meticulous attention to product design, manufacturing, and training, all backed by industry-leading clinical evidence.

 

Job Summary: 

The Associate Product Manager will support the execution of marketing strategies designed to increase awareness and adoption of the DETOUR system among healthcare providers. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. Primary focus will be on carrying out day-to-day marketing activities, including content development, sales enablement and support, marketing campaign execution, and physician engagement, while adhering to the strategic direction set by the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing strategies and campaigns, including the creation of digital content, sales collateral, and promotional materials, to support the growth of the DETOUR system in alignment with the established marketing strategy.
  • Assist the sales team by developing and updating marketing tools, presentations, and resources that communicate the value of the DETOUR system, helping them address customer needs and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to organize physician education programs, including webinars, training sessions, and conferences, to showcase the DETOUR system's benefits for conservative patient profiles.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing market research, competitive insights, and feedback from healthcare providers to inform ongoing marketing initiatives and ensure the DETOUR system’s market positioning remains competitive.
  • Work closely with internal teams (training, clinical, sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and R&D) to ensure marketing activities comply with clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements, and that all product messaging is aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other events where the DETOUR system is featured, ensuring that materials and displays are aligned with the brand’s messaging.
  • Track and measure the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to the Product Lead on key metrics and recommending adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in gathering and utilizing patient testimonials and case studies to create compelling marketing content that supports physician engagement and education efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Excellent presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Customer service orientation required.
  • Extensive knowledge of medical device industry and company products.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to the management team and board of directors.
  • Good clinical acumen and ability conduct tabletop demonstrations and articulate technical attributes.
  • Experienced negotiator and ability to prepare, edit and execute necessary contracts and documents
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Education:

  • Minimum BS/BA degree.
  • MBA preferred.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of medical device marketing experience required. (Masters may substitute for two years of experience).

Compensation: $95,000-115,000 base salary + discretionary bonus
