Endologix LLC is a California-based, global medical device company dedicated to improving patients’ lives by providing innovative therapies for the interventional treatment of vascular disease.

Our existing products can treat a wide spectrum of vascular disease through abdominal aortic aneurysms to lower limb peripheral vascular disease. Position Summary

The Senior Human Resources Generalist will work closely to support the talent agenda across Endologix. This role supports the employee lifecycle, beginning with the requisition process through offboarding. This is a dynamic position that responds to the needs of employee activity in the organization, involving everything from the employee requisition process, onboarding, employee safety and wellbeing, benefits, administering HR policies and procedures, and supporting HR initiatives and projects. The role will also partner with managers and employees to provide guidance on performance management, talent development, workforce planning and on-going strategic initiatives. This position is intended to be a steward of the employee experience at Endologix.

Responsibilities

 

• Streamline HR processes through project implementation, research, and data analysis.
• Process employee lifecycle changes including hiring, relocation, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Ensure changes are accurately input into HR system and applicable documents are collected and retained.
• Support HRIS administration and data integrity to optimize system utilization.
• Support recruitment activities, including requisition process, job postings, offer letters, and pre-employment processing.
• Manage the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Manage all aspects of leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations and other medical or personal leaves. Coordinate leave requests, including intake, documentation and tracking of leave usage.
• Collaborate with HR team on initiatives for employee engagement and talent development.
• Aid managers in creating and updating job descriptions aligned with guidelines.
• Partner with HR leadership on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries.
• Oversee workers’ compensation claims process, working closely with employees, managers, EHS, and claims providers.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state HR laws and identify areas for improvement.
• Organize and track training programs, including harassment prevention.
• Assist with annual review process and support performance management and succession planning.
• Oversee benefits administration, including medical, dental, 401K, and leave.
• Process vendor invoices and complete monthly reconciliation.
• Facilitate open enrollment procedures and resolve coverage-related employee concerns.
• Coordinate with other teams to effectively communicate and execute HR initiatives.
• Contribute to financial, quality, and regulatory audits.
• Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

Education:

  •  Bachelor’s degree with a business or humanities-related focus is required or at least six years of HR generalist experience.

Experience:

  • Four or more years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR generalist capacity.
  • California HR proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems and tools; Specifically, UKG (strongly preferred).

 

Location: Hybrid in Irvine 3 times per week, with some travel to other Endologix locations as necessary.

Salary: $62,000 to $103,000 per year, plus bonus.  Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits plus additional wellness benefits.
