    Ownership of various month end close tasks, general ledger and global financial consolidation activities, and support of the audit process. Individual will be a key contributor to various SEC external reporting requirements and SOX 404 compliance.


    • Participate in all activities related to the monthly close process including accurate & timely preparation of journal entries and the timely research/resolution of P&L issues and questions;
    • Responsible for various GL maintenance activities;
    • Prepare various supporting schedules used for 10K/10Q, Proxy, SEC reporting and internal company reporting deliverables;
    • Assist with 404 compliance related activities, including performing testing of internal controls, assessing control deficiencies and preparing audit requests to internal and external auditors;
    • Interact with internal and external auditors and prepare audit support schedules;
    • Utilizing Blackline, analyze and reconcile certain balance sheet account accounts and maintain relevant supporting documents;
    • Own certain accrual accounts which require high interaction and collaboration with various ELGX departments;
    • Assist with tax return PBC preparation;
    • Lead or ssist in various finance & accounting system implementations and build-out projects, as necessary;
    • Perform ad-hoc accounting related requests, which may involve the following: technical research, system clean-up, account clean-up/reconciliation, analyzing account discrepancies and formulating solutions;
    • Lead or assist on special projects, as assigned.





    • Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX 404, and SEC reporting requirements;
    • Highly motivated with the ability to work on a team as well as independently and drive results;
    • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel;
    • Extreme attention to detail, high levels of professionalism and excellent communication skills;
    • Strong general ledger skills; involvement with process improvement;
    • Works on problems of diverse scope in which analysis of data requires evaluations of identifiable factors;
    • Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions;
    • Highly analytical and able to efficiently problem-solve in dynamic work environment; and
    • Normally receives no instructions on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.

    Minimum Education:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent required
    • CPA required

    Minimum Experience:


    • 3-5 years progressive growth in dynamic work environments
    • Minimum 2 years public accounting experience
    • QAD ERP and Blackline exposure a plus, but not a requirement.
