Responsible include expense reporting and Concur and credit card administration, some general accounting and other ad-hoc finance activities.

Responsibilities

Expense Report Processing

  • Audit and analyze expense report submission for completeness and adherence to company policy
  • Assist with employee inquiries on expense report process and submission
  • Prepare periodic T&E reports for management and run weekly reports to prepare reconciliation schedules
  • Process employee reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses
  • Coordinate with various functional admins regarding expense submission

Concur Administration

  • Assist in the maintenance of Concur system setups and various expense reporting processes
  • Assist on inquiries and train employees on concur process related to expense reporting and travel booking
  • Prepare and run weekly expense reports from bank and concur for posting to QAD

General Accounting and Ad-hoc

  • Support and assist with month-end close
  • Support and assist in banking activities and credit card activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc functions

 

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work on assignments that are moderately complex in nature in which judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.
  • Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instruction on new assignments.

Education:

  • Requires a high school diploma, AA degree or equivalent

Experience:

  •  Minimum of 5 years related experience
